Double sided: This option is good when you are using this curtain to get the same look from both side. (like a room devider curtains.) 

Lining: This option will be good to get extra thickness to fabric. and it will improve the inside acoustic sound quality whlie it will block the out side sounds. Normally comes in mid range fabric backing. But it can be customize with other grade and weight fabrics depend on customer requemment by calling our customer service.

Blackout: Thin thearmal blackout lininig. It will block the 100% sunlight and upto 90% heat to cut the energy cost. Very good for home theaters, where you don't want out side lights while wathcing movie on the big screen.

Grommet: it is easy to hang the curtains on the S hooks or ties. Normally comes with 1/2" in size and 12" a part. But size and grommet quantity can be change upon customer request.
